Though the collars/ leashes are made on heavy-duty nylon webbing, they are not indestructible and can be cut by anything that is sharp.

Dogs will be dogs, and not all dogs are the same. This also goes for how dogs wear their collars. Some dogs can be very hyper and pull while walking on the leash causing the collar to have a shorter life span, while a similar dog can wear the collar for years. Please make sure the equipment you use on your dog is safe for them, and make sure it is being used correctly so that it can have a longer lifespan!
